Come up with a better project name #8

Right now the project name does not immediately tell anyone about the purpose, it's also quite long and not really unique. Think of a name that would stand out and ideally also designate the purpose somehow, think of it being publicly available on crates.io as well.

Fixed, I renamed the repo to balena-cdsl.
