Move to Rust stable #80

As the issues we had previously rode the trains and the fixes are in 1.32 now - we can switch to stable.

A transient dependency failed to compile in WASM mode - it was a confirmed bug in the compiler, fixed in beta but needed some time to travel to stable.

See https://github.com/balena-io-modules/balena-cdsl/issues/42 for the details and linked issues in the underlying crates. I tried linking all the info there - let me know if you'd need more @zrzka
