If you don't want to maintain it. Please share the steps for generating those files. I may find someone from NetworkManager team to maintain it.

It looks like files have been generated by following the gir rust book: https://gtk-rs.org/gir/book/introduction.html I'm currently trying to do the same but have some trouble (like this one: https://github.com/gtk-rs/gir/pull/1337)
