`balena devices supported` produces wrong results for openBalena

balena devices supported produces a list of devices supported by balenaCloud, not openBalena.

openBalena's README clarifies:

The CLI relays the information produced by the balena SDK, so this issue depends on:

In addition, PR #2265 / CLI release 12.44.20 causes an internal server error in openBalena v3.3.2 (current latest), as reported in https://github.com/balena-io/open-balena/issues/121. The short-term fix would be for openBalena to update the API version, for example through PR https://github.com/balena-io/open-balena/pull/114.
