Users are looking for info about balenaOS component versions #1609

We have users who are asking about kernel versions and other similar information. The information can be extracted from the balenaOS manifest which we use to build the images. Here is an example project that exposes the information:

I think this kind of information deserves a page of its own under https://www.balena.io/os/docs/ .
