Etcher's Writing Process Ended Unexpectedly - Child Died Unexpectedly

Ecther has failed multiple times at flashing Flint OS to a SanDisk Drive. There was enough space available and Windows 7 was working perfectly. No other programs had access to the drive. According to Minitool Partition Wizard, at 30% the drive's partition was empty. Administrative permission was granted to start the flash.
