Etcher failed to loading

Hello! I have problem with Etcher, see information below.

• Etcher version: 1.13.3
• Operating system and architecture: Win7x64
• What happened: Etcher is no loading correctly.
• Do you see any meaningful error information in the DevTools?

As early as after balenaEtcher - Portable - 1.7.9 does not support Windows 7

Why not explicitly state on the github page and website page of Etcher that it no longer supports Windows 7? Or leave a "legacy" version available for download from the website. I had the same problem, and it left me questioning whether my OS was missing some essential libraries to launch the app. And it seems like I'm not the only one.
