Copy and Paste with embedded link button #197

Terrible issue name aside, my use case is:

  1. Create a note/report in Pensieve
  2. Click on 'Embedded Copy' button (needs better name)
  3. Enter note is copied into local clipboard, which can be copied elsewhere (GH Issue, Flowdock, etc). Note includes a direct link back to the note in Pensieve for collaborative update/perusal, etc.
