Allow non-markdown text fields? #230

In the scratchpad pensieve, the title and Keywords are Case Insensitive Text and the GitHub Issue is Text. In the 'Add entry' page these are all shown as multi-line text boxes with a MarkDown icon displayed next to them. However I'd expect there to not be any markdown used in the title, Keywords or GitHub Issue fields? (whereas having a MarkDown icon displayed kinda encourages you to use markdown?) I wouldn't expect these fields to ever be multi-line either?

This is obviously a very low-priority issue, feel free to close if you think it's irrelevant.

...and it turns out that trying to use markdown (or multi-line text) in the title field doesn't actually work anyway, it just displays the raw text ;-)
