Displayed README is from another repo #256

Expected Behavior

Pensieve should display no README if the repo doesn't have one.

Actual Behavior

The README displayed on top of the page is not from the respective repo (which, has no README.md at all). Instead, the README of 'scratchpad' pensieve is displayed

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Log into and use the scratchpad pensieve
  2. Visit the github page of a Pensieve with no README

I guess if a project doesn't have a README.md then perhaps pensieve shouldn't even show the README button?
