UI issue: clicking the "README" button makes the "Report an Issue" button overflow its border #262

Expected Behavior

The text-label on the "Report an Issue" button should stay within its border

Actual Behavior

The text-label on the "Report an Issue" button overflows its border when you click on the README button

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Load up e.g. the scratchpad
  2. Click on the big blue README button
