The association of the edit buttons is unclear when using an anchor #275

Expected Behavior

When navigating to an entry via anchor (eg https://resin-io.github.io/scratchpad/#e4c47b80-fd37-11e7-b414-432a465a7e21 ) you see the entry and the edit/delete buttons that are associated with it

Actual Behavior

Because the edit/delete buttons are above the header you see the entry and the edit/delete buttons that are associated with the entry beneath

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Use an anchor link to navigate to a specific entry
