Add capability to store source document as a MarkDown file #35

At the moment the app is built to exclusively handle yaml files. It would be good to add some basic support for editing markdown files.

Keeping the empty lines in pasted text blobs would also be a great improvement. Tried to use Pensieve today for note taking during the architecture call but the current formatting makes it hard to use.

Currently pasting something like

Header

Content

in a Text field will be rendered as

Header Content
