Video stream does not work in Safari on iOS #34

When accessing balenaCam from an iOS device using Safari (even via LAN) the video stream sits on 'Connecting...' with a spinner.

I've tested and confirm this is the case on iOS 12.1.4

Fixed in 8c19e5b with MJPEG fallback
