Python rpi.gpio dependency patch #15

Hi all,

In response to issue #14 I am submitting this PR. It builds correctly for Raspberry pi 3 on the Balena.io Cloud dashboard and I will keep #14 updated with further testing notes when and if I come across issues. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

this feature has been implemented in the v2.x multicontainer release - I'm sorry it took me so much time to get back to this project!
