Update layers/meta-freescale and fix hanging issue #453

This is to update layers/meta-freescale digest to 2ee3f2a to fix the build break since NXP repositories have been moved as well as add the patch to fix hanging on Starting kernel.

Hi @asus-leslieyu and thanks for the PR. This repository does not support merge commits, can you please re-word the commit messages to include Signed-off-by and Changelog-entry: and also drop the merge commit?
