Upgrade submodules to the latest jethro

This should avoid the bad upstream commit that caused kernel-arch detection to be done badly (which is a prerequisite for merging some other changes). It also brings a bunch of security fixes.

It looks like the edison-bsp is stuck on jethro so no immediate prospect of upgrading to morty.
