[Don't Merge] Test GHA on a new && private device type #751

Using test-private device type to check GHA workflow on private device types and also on how the hostapp script behaves for a new device type. Problems to look at,

  1. Does it build right
  2. Does it deploy right
  3. It should test right for sure.
