Required for merge (in order):

[x] Set deploy environment to balena-cloud.com
[x] Pin to latest yocto-scripts workflow with s4cmd fix
[x] Disable Jenkins multijob here to avoid duplicate releases
[x] Cherry-pick meta-balena bump after this PR merges to meta-balena
[x] Approved by reviewer (policy-bot passed)
[x] All required device checks are passing
[x] Merge the changes to branch requirements here
