Build failure due to invalid BALENA_VERSION and BRANCH #22

Repo does not build at the moment, as layers/meta-balena/meta-balena-common/recipes-containers/balena/balena_git.bb currently refers to a branch that doesn't exist. Need to update to:

BALENA_VERSION = "18.09.10" BALENA_BRANCH= "18.09-balena"

Support for this board has been put on pause due to lack of interested parties in this hw. So no active development on it is foreseen
