The test-rockpi-4b-rk3399 is not trigerring. The condition check is:

Strings match run condition: string 1=[], string 2=[balena-os/balena-radxa]
Strings match run condition: string 1=[], string 2=[balena-os/meta-balena]

And string1 that corresponds to ghprbSourceBranch is empty in the build parameters, while on a normal PR to master it is filled in with master.

This used to work afair.
