Should replace Mixpanel with the current analytics implementation #1527

API references the Mixpanel endpoints (as can be seen here) even though we have moved away from Mixpanel as a service in the last 6 months.

We should prefer https://github.com/balena-io-modules/analytics-client and pipe events through https://github.com/balena-io/analytics-backend.
