UART mode selection on iot-gate-imx8 #1948

The iot-gate-imx8 device type supports uarts in either rs232 or rs485 mode. The SV can tell u-boot to alter the device-tree to the corresponding mode by setting either: uart_mode=rs232 or uart_mode=rs485 in /mnt/boot/extra_uEnv.txt

and then rebooting the device, similar to the RPIs or the Jetsons.
