Hup failed update in 50%

I've tried to get the Device diagnostics but I get the error ssh client socket error while initiating SSH connection Other logs :

I've just linked a new case here. It seems in both cases HUP wasn't running anymore, but the dashboard said updating stuck at 50%. We could do a better job at showing that it failed (and why).
