Be able to add --compat to bluetoothd service #1665

If adding --compat to the bluetooth daemon is only additional functionality, can add it. If it changes the mode of operation, we can make it a configurable feature

Side note of warning. --compat makes an extra socket appear /var/run/sdp which would probably be needed in the app container too..
