TCP connections to VPN endpoints time out in certain networking setups #2057

In all ESR releases for a Pi3, devices were unable to establish a connection to the VPN. Installing ResinOS 2.15.1 rev.2 worked around the issue. There are no firewall details available to help in debugging. This issue is only seen on one site specifically, so it seems most likely related to the firewall at that site.
