Discarding dnsmasq dependency #108

resin-wifi-connect is spawning a dnsmasq instance for the purpose of running the Access Point as captive portal + running a DHCP server for giving out IPs to devices connected to the Access Point. We can discard the dnsmasq dependency by implementing the functionality ourselves in the new Rust version by using DNS and DHCP server Rust libraries.
