Recent v4.11.x are missing `ui` in archive. #588

The more recent release of v4.11.x don't have the expected ui directory in the archive, which cause accessing the UI to fail. v4.11.1 has the UI, but the Dockerfile.template isn't expecting a zip file, but a tar+gzip.
