#3 - new organism / blanked GGBwindow #24

Having new organism on GGBweb is mandatory. A organism can have more then 1 element (locus= chr, plasmids). We already deal on the data side (locus columns). Now we need to deal on the UI side (front-end).

How can the user create a GGB from scratch ?

I'll come up with a documentartion whenever we get at #3.

moreover: The user should be able to open GGBwindow as a blanked state (start=1).

We need to have a design for this feature.

  1. What is the UI to add a new organism to GGBWeb.
  2. Where and what data should we load.
  3. What is the behavior after data is loaded (open a blank window?)
