Recalled export options do not trigger export boxes/gates #106

The recalled export list/stream is not coming out from [r VA_exportoptions] right, and therefore not turning on or off the two-factor gates etc. something fishy

It was just a recieve that was missing, probably from the implementation of the [VA_exportoptions_data].
