Check if motiongrams can export in color. #44

I guess the best way to do this is to find other types of noise reduction which either does or does not affect the rest of the exported mavg images and display streams.

This is now implemented. It required a few changes to be made to the [mgt.rgb2luma%] and [mgt.luma2rgb%] externals.
