Preferences window is too large vertically for netbook screens #181

Pretty much as the title says. Running Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook Remix on an Asus 
Eee PC 1000HE. Screen resolution 1024x600. I am forced to alt-drag the window 
around to view it all. Please either ensure that the window is resizable and 
allows scrollbars or perhaps use a tabbed interface to shorten the vertical 
length of it.

Screenshot demonstrating problem is attached.

Oops, I messed up the screenshot. Don't have gimp installed at the moment. 
Suffice it to say the window is cut off just below the first line of the 
'Receive notifications only from these devices only' box.

Release 0.5.1 of the desktop app allows minimization of each configuration 
group.
