Ability to store the app on the SD card on Froyo #231

We should be able to store the app on the SD card on Froyo.
The main complication is that if you umount the SD card, the app will stop, so 
we need to at least be able to restart it when it's mounted again, or warn the 
user.

I'm setting as low priority since the app is really small.

Yup, I know, and that's the reason why I haven't done it yet - I haven't found 
a good way to restart the service once the SD is remounted. Plus, the app is 
tiny.
