Set the Balloon Time for WIN #238

It would be great if I could set the time the balloon stays on the notification 
area.
Currently this is 30 seconds for Windows.
I would like to see a form where I can enter the duration it stays open:
1) time: 30 seconds - 3 hours
2) click: until clicked
3) rotation of Number of Messages: max 1 - max 6

Background Info:
I am using this to leave my computer and phone unattended.
When I return to my desk the notifier no longer stays there.
And I do not see the exact information in the log, besides the log is very 
uncomfortable to open and read for this purpose.

The desktop app does not have control over Windows balloons, you need a program 
like Growl for Windows to customize notifications. Take a look: 
http://www.growlforwindows.com/gfw/
