0.5.1 Won't start #239

I successfully installed version 0.5.1, however it won't start. No error, and 
it doesn't show up in process manager. Version 0.4 (?) worked fine.

I'm on Windows 7 x64, with both Java 32 & 64 bit installed.

I removed x64 version of Java and it started. However, if I remember correctly 
it doesn't install properly until I installed the x64 Java VM.

The installer does not look for a JVM, it just copy files and create shortcuts.
