Gmail Notification Support #51

I'm not sure how easy/possible this would be and didn't see another ticket for 
it. It would be wonderful to have a setting for email notifications in the 
android app itself in addition to calls, voicemail, sms, etc. I would be able 
to get rid of chrome extensions / separate programs across multiple computers 
and universally use my phone for gmail notifications.

This might be tricky with multiple gmail accounts/google apps accounts, but if 
it's easy to do, might as well drop it in :) Could always disable it by default.

Ah, 5th request for the same thing today :) I really wish this could be done 
easily, but it can't - see issue 7.
