Crashes on Windows 7 64 bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading the Windows 64 bit version
2. Running the program
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to work. Instead shows error of "Could not load tray icon. Make sure 
you are using the correct version (32 or 64 bit) for your system

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Whatever is the most recent version (64 bit), on Windows 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

desktop client project:
