Hi, I installed the app and the software.
Tried to send the message via Bluetooth and WiFi but nothing happens on the 
screen.
Tried to pair it but nothing happens.
Which other details shall I write down?

Which desktop app are you using, the native mac app or the multiplatform app?
When trying via wifi, are both devices on the same network? Have you tried 
turning off the mac firewall? (if it works with the firewall off, you can 
re-enable it and configure it to allow incoming connections on port 10600 only)

and my firewall it's off and i have used the same network
