What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed the program (64 bit version)
2. Ran the application
3. Already checked and Java is up to date

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 ultimate x64

Make sure you are running the 64-bit version of Java, found here:

http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

If you're using a 32-bit browser the Java page seems to default you to download 
the 32-bit edition of Java.  You have to manually select the 64-bit edition.
