volar官方在 2022年5月13号的更新中标识符改名了，现在叫 vue.volar。VsCode打开工程会提示：

The 2 extension(s) below, in workspace recommendations have issues: johnsoncodehk.volar (not found in marketplace) johnsoncodehk.vscode-typescript-vue-plugin (not found in marketplace)

修正了.vscode/extensions.json中volar和vscode-typescript-vue-plugin插件id
修正了README文档中对上述插件描述的链接
