Allow body stubs, fix re-rendering issues #26

- fix: unnecessary re-renders
- feat: stop rendering waterfall after document loads
- feat: clearing waterfall continues rendering incoming requests
- breaking change: rename `auto` option to `stub`
- feat: let stubs define a `body` directly
