[API Docs] The `Other versions` container is missing when accessing a language library through `latest` #144

Description: While the respective container is displayed when the URL contains the Ballerina version (https://central.ballerina.io/ballerina/test/2201.8.6) , as shown below, it is not visible when it is replaced with latest (https://central.ballerina.io/ballerina/test/latest) .
