Need to Add Redirections for `/learn` Links with Org and Package Names #168

Description: Currently, links like[1] are broken. This is because the new API Docs have the /orgName/packageName/version structure.

We need to add redirections for these since these links are added in external publications such as the Newsletters, articles, and blogs.
