Add Salesforce logo for the Salesforce Client in the sequence diagram

Description: It would be great to have the Salesforce logo displayed in the sequence diagram.

Currently a generic icon is displayed:

I also created a PR based on how this is done in google.sheets

I'm sorry, this is actually rendered if the client is a local variable. This is a more general problem, that module level variables dont render their icon.
