Describe your task(s)

The following are examples of static rules in the HTTP module that need to be implemented:

Avoid allowing unsafe HTTP methods (default resource accessor).
Avoid permissive Cross-Origin Resource Sharing.
Avoid creating cookies without the "HttpOnly" and "Secure" flags.

Similarly, these rules need to be identified and implemented in each Ballerina library module.
