Some tests including example tests were disabled during the Java 21 migration. We need to identify why they failed and fix them. The tests were disabled in the following PRs, https://github.com/ballerina-platform/persist-tools/pull/384 https://github.com/ballerina-platform/persist-tools/pull/388
