Introduce plugin support for Ballerina Swan Lake #72

Purpose

This PR updates the current intellij plugin to support Swan Lake versions. Related to https://github.com/ballerina-platform/plugin-intellij/issues/43

The new plugin includes:

Syntax and semantic highlighting
Ballerina SDK detection and switching between SDKs within the IDE
Ballerina program execution support, including configurations
Ballerina test running support, including custom configurations

Additionally, following language server features are integrated in the plugin:

Importing modules on-the-fly
Finding usage
Go-to definition
Formatting
Signature help
Quick documentation
Code completions
Live templates
Code actions
Error diagnostics
Code folding
