FREEZE PROTECT waitForPDAMessageType: did not receive 0x08 #22

waitForPDAnextMenu() expects CMD_PDA_CLEAR followed by CMD_PDA_HIGHLIGHT but the FREEZE PROTECT menu issues CMD_PDA_HIGHLIGHTCHARS instead of CMD_PDA_HIGHLIGHT.
