Update favicon, EarthRadius constant, logo image URLs, and fix login bug #18
This pull request includes the following changes:
Added favicon and updated title in index.html
Added EarthRadius constant to Key enum
Updated logo image URLs in references and tccpbackend files
Fixed bug in login functionality

-use enum for response codes
