This branch includes a considerable amount of additions/changes to the code that I have been working with for the last years. The changes include:

• Correction/cleaning of code: seasonal storage equation, cleaning of code,
• Improvement of existing addons/functionalities: Unit Commitment, hydrogen, decommissioning, combtech, EVs, heatrans, flowbased, taxes, gridtariffs, vqdebug, demand response
• Introduction of new addons/functionalities: balancing market, ancillary services, transport, industry, individual users, CCS, offshore grid, seasonalCOP, stochastic outage, planned maintenance, unit commitment for storage units, technology-wise distribution losses, plotting tool, time step conversion

This branch replaces all my previous pull requests.
